Clearwell Systems, the leader in e-discovery, is seeking seasoned sales professional with a with a proven track record selling electronic discovery to law firms and corporate accounts. You will report directly to Clearwell's VP of Sales.
This role requires sharp business acumen and confidence to clearly communicate Clearwell’s value proposition, proactively eliminate roadblocks in the sales cycle, and an instinctive ability to plainly translate complex processes into meaningful business communications to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the e-discovery marketplace
- 5 years experience in e-discovery
- Strong presentation and speaking skills
- Strong technical capabilities in presenting a product
- Self-motivated with a passion for selling a solution

Sales Consultant
(Location: Texas and Western U.S.)
A key member of the Clearwell Sales team, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for delivering technical and sales support to Clearwell prospects and customers in a pre-sales focused role. As the technical lead on every sale, Solutions Consultants have the ability to directly impact the company’s revenue goals. Responsibilities include delivering effective product presentations to technical, non-technical, and C-level audiences; owning all technical aspects of proof of concept product evaluations including installation, configuration, and training; delivering user and administrative focused training; and maintaining ongoing post-sales relationships including installing product upgrades.
Requirements:
- Start-up experience with a balance of technical and sales skills
- Technical competency installing Windows based applications on Microsoft Windows Server and SQL
- Experience with the eDiscovery landscape and EDRM model
- 5+ years of experience in a technically oriented, client-facing role: sales engineer, solutions consultant, etc.
- Proven track record in delivering value based presentations and demos to prospects and customers
- Highly reliable self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability work with minimal supervision

Professional Services Consultant
(Locations: NY/NJ, Northern CA)
This technical PS consultant will engage in hands-on Case Managements Services (CMS) onsite at large Fortune 1000 accounts. CMS increase the efficiency and productivity of Clearwell's clients by assisting and/or handling the technical steps of all e-Discovery phases--from data collection and preparation to 2nd-level review and production.
Leveraging the Clearwell Intelligence Platform®, CMS makes up a set of best-practices e-Discovery methods that have proven to deliver significant cost savings, while simultaneously giving Clearwell clients a whole new approach to rapidly discovering, organizing, analyzing and reviewing the most critical content for each case.
Requirements:
• Strong blend of great technical skills and great customer service skills with the desire to work in high-paced start up environment and passion to handle technical aspects of e-Discovery
• 3+ years of technical litigation support experience or 3+ years of technical PS experience
• Hands-on technical experience in litigation support at law firm, service provider or enterprise
• Extensive technical hands-on experience with forensic collection & legal review tools and experience in collecting, preparing & organizing custodian repositories and various data files
• Hands-on experience with legal review teams and large legal review projects
• Strong communication, executive presentation, and formal written skills
• Results-driven with a proven track record of start-up / emerging company success
• Incredibly detail oriented, and record of consistent follow through and execution on commitments
• Moderate to frequent travel will be required for onsite engagements.
