Clearwell University Administrator Training and Certification is designed to educate and certify our customers and partners on the advanced use of the Clearwell E-Discovery Platform. The three day course is recommended for professionals who are likely to be administrators or reviewers using the Clearwell E-Discovery Platform.

Our classroom training combines real-world scenarios, hands-on labs, and practical testing enabling customers and partners to successfully utilize Clearwell's application to process, analyze, review, and produce electronically stored information. The curriculum was developed using best practices at Fortune 500 companies and Am Law 250 law firms, and is designed to optimize and streamline the critical phases of e-discovery.

Clearwell University will:

Provide Clearwell administrators with knowledge required to create new cases and manage existing cases
Enable administrators to rapidly set up a case, process data, create tags, add users, and create a viable review workflow
Educate reviewers on strategies and functionality for streamlining the review process, including search techniques, analysis capabilities, tagging options, work-flow management, production options, and data export capabilities
Increase the value realized by your company's use of Clearwell by leveraging advanced capabilities, accelerating response times, and expanding usage into new litigation or investigation use cases
Enable Clearwell users to achieve certification as a Clearwell Certified Administrator (“CCA”), which includes additional opportunities for advanced education and networking with the CCA community
Increase the defensibility of the ediscovery process and reduce organizational risk by becoming certified on the Clearwell E-Discovery Platform.
