Clearwell’s ediscovery training and education services are designed to rapidly and effectively transfer knowledge to partners, law firms, enterprises and governmental agencies. The overarching goal is to arm users of the Clearwell E-Discovery Platform with the methods and best practices to facilitate the efficient and defensible management of the end-to-end electronic discovery process.

Clearwell University Administrator Training and Certification

Clearwell University Administrator Training is designed to educate and certify our customers and partners on the advanced use of the Clearwell E-Discovery Platform. The three day course is recommended for professionals who are likely to be administrators using the Clearwell E-Discovery Platform. Our classroom training combines real-world scenarios, hands-on labs, and practical testing enabling customers and partners to successfully utilize Clearwell’s application to process, analyze, review, and produce electronically stored information (ESI).

End User Training

Clearwell End User Training is designed to train attorneys, litigation support personnel, and enterprise users on how to quickly and defensibly use the Clearwell E-Discovery Platform®. Held onsite and via the web, this course is recommended specifically for attorneys and other professionals who are likely to use the Clearwell E-Discovery Platform to review electronically-stored information (ESI). After this course, users should be able to successfully navigate all types and sizes of review requirements—from small-scale projects involving just a handful of reviewers to complex, large-scale projects involving dozens of reviewers.

During the course, participants will learn how to perform key functions that include the following:

• Conduct early case assessments leveraging new technology and methodologies
• Effectively cull and filter irrelevant data and false positives
• Test, sample, and iteratively refine searches to ensure defensibility
• Perform rapid and accurate review utilizing best practices
• Accurately organize data for production or export

Identification and Collection Module Training

Clearwell Identification and Collection Module Training enables corporate IT and e-Discovery managers to expertly use Clearwell’s data collection capabilities. This 1-day course covers the essentials of creating a data map, managing data sources and destinations, running collection tasks, creating and filtering collection sets, and adding collected data to cases in Clearwell. The training includes demonstration, hands-on lab activities, and a brief exam to ensure participants have mastered the fundamentals of Clearwell’s Identification and Collection Module.

Custom Courses

When the standard Clearwell EDS training programs don’t fit the bill in terms of location or content, we can create custom training programs to meet your specific knowledge transfer needs. In many cases these classes are delivered onsite, at a location of your choosing, and can be built around specific workflows, use cases or client needs.
