As a key member of the marketing team, you will play an instrumental role in the growth of the company by contributing directly to the sales pipeline. This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing, and work closely with product marketing, inside sales and sales managers to strategize, formulate and execute Clearwell's lead generation plan in support of marketing and sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the creation and execution of innovative and integrated marketing campaigns that fill the pipeline and mature existing opportunities. This includes strategy, creative direction, campaign objectives, messaging and validation
- Assess, augment, and cleanse in-house database and lists for effective contact management and to improve program results

Product Manager

The Product Manager will drive the strategy, definition, and implementation of specific features and modules of the Clearwell E-Discovery Platform. You'll work closely with customers, partners and internal team, including engineering, quality assurance, sales, marketing, and customer support.
Responsibilities

- Understanding what customers want and communicating that need to internal teams in a systematic and precise way.

Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager's role is to understand the target customer and drive programs and sales/marketing materials that influence decision makers to purchase Clearwell products. Moreover, this role brings the voice of the target customer into everything we do and evangelizes our solutions to the market. This position will work closely with Sales, Product Managers and the executive team to create product and competitive positioning, launch new products, conduct market studies and create effective marketing programs and materials. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Understanding the overall market landscape, including competitors and potential partners

Sales Director, APAC (Asia-Pacific)
As the first sales executive in the APAC region, the Sales Director will work closely with the Vice President of Business Development and the executive team to establish and grow Clearwell's APAC operations.
Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, the APAC Sales Director will be primarily responsible for establishing, managing and scaling strategic distribution partnerships throughout the APAC regions.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of sales skills, strategy, negotiation, and analytical skills. But the most important attributes are an entrepreneurial mindset and an unrelenting desire to build a business.
Priority Markets - China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia
Initially, the APAC Sales Director will focus on the China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia markets. The sequence of additional APAC markets will be determined by market demand.

This position will be expected to perform articulate, professional, and knowledgeable outbound sales calls, telemarketing calls and electronic communication to prospects in order to acquire new business leads.

In this role, the Director of Training Services will coordinate delivery of world class knowledge transfer services to Fortune 1000 accounts, litigation support partners and governmental agencies, spanning relevant phases of the EDRM spectrum, including:

Your primary responsibility will be to field, track, troubleshoot, escalate (if necessary) and resolve technical support requests from our enterprise and channel customers.
