Join presenters Martin Quinn, Esq., an expert mediator and JAMS panelist and Dean Gonsowski, Esq. VP of E-Discovery Services at Clearwell Systems as they share e-discovery best practices for navigating ADR and discuss the changes required in the e-discovery process for successful arbitrations or mediations. >> Click here to download>> Click here for more event details |

Sept. 8-9, 2010 |
SANS 2010 Digital Forensics and Incident Response Summit The need for digital forensic professionals to analyze these devices is increasing due to the sheer number of incidents and cases that every organization faces. Incidents such as the Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) targeting Google, RBS Worldpay, and TJX are routinely in the news. Security data breach costs are in the millions of dollars. Being able to effectively respond, investigate, and eventually answer difficult questions is crucial. In addition, civil law suits are seeing an increase in utilization of electronically stored evidence. For criminal cases, it is becoming the norm to collect the subject or victim's cell phone, computer, and other electronic devices in order to help solve the crime. On September 8th and 9th, the SANS Digital Forensics and Incident Response Summit has its European debut in London to discuss the latest trends and hear from industry experts. Top industry leaders, computer forensics and incident response professionals, and vendors will discuss the latest strategies and techniques in a series of highly interactive sessions focused on effective incident response and mitigation strategies, core digital forensic investigative analysis, criminal prosecution myths, and civil e-Discovery litigation methodologies. Clearwell Systems is happy to support and participate in this event and we look forward to meeting you there. |
Sept. 14-15, 2010 |
Corporate Counsel Forum Corporate counsel are operating in a new business environment, as a result of the regulatory changes made in the light of the recent global economic crisis. In this post credit-crunch environment, in-house lawyers are under more pressure than ever to reduce spending on external counsel and to demonstrate the value of the in-house team. At the same time, experienced general counsel have never been in such high demand, as governments and regulators clamp down on issues such as fraud and bribery, and companies face criminal investigations. Now in its eighth year, Legal Week’s Corporate Counsel Forum has established itself as the premier event for in-house lawyers in Europe. Over two days, speakers in a mixture of panel debates, small group discussions and workshops will equip delegates with practical knowledge and real case studies that will be directly relevant to their jobs. |
