The Clearwell E-Discovery Platform can be up and running in less than 25 minutes. Nevertheless, our advanced configuration and upgrade services offer enhanced capabilities that cover integration with production data sources such as MS Exchange Servers, HP’s Integrated Archive Platform, and Symantec’s Enterprise Vault. Configuration services also include setting comprehensive backup procedures at both the case and the cluster level. We can also facilitate backing up all case data, upgrading all appliances in the Clearwell cluster to the newest version, restoring case backups, and testing to ensure that all cases have been restored properly and are readily accessible.

Backup Review and Validation:
Review and validation of case and cluster level backup options and configuration of Clearwell specific backup settings
Security Review:
Review and implementation of best practices for secure access to cases, virus scanning, and Windows patch management
Cluster Deployment Configuration:
Development and deployment of the Clearwell cluster based on client’s specific workflow
Upgrade Services:
Backup of existing cases and cluster configuration and installation of new software versions, including the restoration and validation of cluster configuration and all cases
