Searches can be performed search by custodian, senders, recipients, direction, subject, attachment names, attachment types, date range, tags, and comments. It supports both stemmed and unstemmed (literal) searches, as well as Boolean, wildcard, fuzzy, and proximity searches.
Rapidly review and tag documents: Clearwell's One-Click Tagging allows reviewers to quickly tag specific documents, discussion threads, or entire search results as “responsive”, “privileged”, etc. Clearwell’s unique Smart Tagging capabilities deliver automatic coding based on pre-defined criteria, further speeding up the review and analysis process.
